Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms cover booking and running an advertising campaign with ValleyGO, LLC. By booking a spot you agree to them.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Content restrictions
We do not run advertising that contains:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco (including vaping and related products)
- Nudity
- Explicit content of any kind
This applies to every ad type without exception, including music and artist promotion. Explicit album art, explicit song titles and explicit lyric content will not be approved.
All advertising is subject to ValleyGO's approval before it runs. We review every piece of creative and may decline anything that conflicts with these restrictions or with the standards of the communities we serve. Approval is at our sole discretion.
If creative is declined, we will tell you why and give you a chance to supply a replacement that meets these terms before your campaign date. Supplying creative that cannot be approved, and not replacing it in time, does not entitle you to a refund of a booked date.
You also agree not to submit creative that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- misrepresents your business, goods or services;
- impersonates another person or organization; or
- promotes illegal activity.
Political and civic advertising is accepted but is reviewed with particular care and remains subject to the same approval requirement.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Campaign set-up begins after payment. Spots are limited per truck per day and are allocated first-come, first-served.
Shared and rotating spots place your ad in rotation with other advertisers, capped at ten advertisers per day. Campaign event sponsorships are described on the campaign events page.
3. Creative and deadlines
Artwork must be submitted at least 10 days before your campaign start date and must meet our Size and Format Standards for file size, format and dimensions. Late or non-conforming artwork may delay or shorten your campaign, and we cannot guarantee a run that starts on time if these deadlines are missed.
Advertisers are expected to supply ready-to-run creative. Design assistance is available for an additional fee if requested in advance.
You confirm that you own or have license to use everything in the creative you supply, including images, music, logos and trademarks.
4. Delivery and proof of run
Routes and placement are planned by ValleyGO based on your campaign goals. We provide proof of run — photos, video and a recap — after the campaign.
Trucks are supplied by ValleyGO's partner operators, so the exact vehicle assigned may vary by availability. Local restrictions on where commercial vehicles may stop or idle can affect placement; we will flag anything unworkable and propose the closest suitable alternative.
Audience and impression figures discussed before a campaign are estimates, not guarantees. Third-party statistics shown on this site are attributed to their sources and describe the mobile billboard medium generally, not a promise of results for your campaign.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
All bookings are final and non-refundable. With at least 14 days’ notice, ValleyGO will roll over the booking to the next available date, as a one-time courtesy, subject to availability. When you book a date we commit it to a truck straight away and turn other advertisers away from it, and our truck partners operate no-refund terms once a date is committed. Please be sure of your date before you pay.
If you need to cancel
Payment confirms your booking and is not refundable, whatever the reason and however far ahead you tell us. That applies equally if you simply change your mind, if your event is called off, or if your plans change.
Rescheduling
We would rather you got your campaign than lost it. If you tell us at least 14 days before your campaign date, we will roll your booking over to the next available date at no extra charge. This is a one-time courtesy rather than an entitlement, and it is subject to availability: a booking can be moved once, and only onto a date that still has room. Inside 14 days we usually cannot do it at all. Ask as early as you can.
If we cancel
The one exception is us. If ValleyGO cannot deliver your campaign for a reason within our control — no truck available, a change on our side, anything we could have prevented — you choose: a full refund, or a reschedule to a date that suits you. We do not keep money for a campaign we did not run.
Weather and interruptions
Time lost to genuinely unsafe conditions or other circumstances outside our control is rescheduled, not refunded. See section 6.
Creative that cannot be approved
If your creative does not meet our content restrictions and you do not supply a replacement we can approve before your campaign date, the booking is not refundable — the date was still held and the truck still committed. We will always tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it, so this should never come as a surprise.
How to reach us
Email [email protected] or call (833) 548-7825 with your booking reference (it starts VG- and is on your confirmation email).
Where a refund is due under the "If we cancel" section above, it goes back to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
If something has gone wrong with a booking, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We will almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback will, and we would rather hear from you directly.
6. Weather and interruption
The screens are weather-rated and operate in normal conditions. If conditions are genuinely unsafe to drive, or a campaign is interrupted by circumstances outside our control, we will contact you to reschedule the affected time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValleyGO's total liability arising from any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
You agree to indemnify ValleyGO against claims arising from the creative you supply, including claims of infringement, defamation or false advertising.
8. Advertiser accounts
Creating a profile requires accurate business and contact information. Sign-in links are sent by email and are personal to you — do not forward them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your campaign is the one published when your booking is confirmed.
