Common Questions

Before you book

How big is the audience for a mobile billboard campaign?

Audience size varies by route, event and time of day, but a single day on the truck can put your message in front of thousands of people as it moves through high-traffic areas or parks at a well-attended event.

Is the truck moving or parked?

It depends on your booking. Rotating and shared spots run on a ValleyGO-planned route. Campaign event bookings can park at a specific location, run a route, or both.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

[Cancellation and refund policy to be finalised before launch. Our truck partners currently have no-refund terms once a date is booked, so ValleyGO's policy needs to account for that.]

What file formats and sizes do you accept?

JPG images and MP4 video. Every ad needs Format A (2000 x 1200) and Format B (2000 x 1000) — see our Size and Format Standards.

Artwork is due at least 10 days before your start date.
